Matt Faraone is a member of CMM’s Corporate department, where he assists with a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, business and employment agreements, and commercial leasing. Having earned his MBA along with his law degree, Matt brings a business perspective to his legal work, providing a comprehensive understanding of the many aspects of a deal.
During law school, Matt developed his interest and experience in business law through a variety of internships including at United Talent Agency, a top global firm in talent, sports, entertainment, and advisory services, and with a business incubator that helped startups and entrepreneurs develop intellectual property portfolio strategies.
Matt began his legal career as a litigator prior to joining CMM. In his spare time, he enjoys going to concerts and watching the Knicks.
