CMM recently reported that our municipal liability team had secured the dismissal of a lawsuit filed against longtime client the Town of Riverhead. Less than a month later, we did it again! Following testimony and written discovery in this slip-and-fall case, we made a motion to have the Town let out of the case on the grounds that it could not be held responsible in any way for the plaintiff’s injuries.
