Scott Bamberger is a member of CMM’s Corporate team. Since beginning his career in New York City, Scott has assisted hundreds of clients, including small businesses and nonprofits, on corporate matters. His practice includes commercial leasing and real estate transactions, drafting and negotiating a wide range of business and employment agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. His goal is to provide valuable strategic guidance to help clients make informed decisions.
Scott received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School where he graduated with an Entrepreneurship Law Certificate with Distinction. He completed his undergraduate degree at Stony Brook University where he majored in Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
