Alex Tomaro is a member of CMM’s Corporate department, where he assists with a variety of matters including mergers and acquisition transactions, corporate restructurings, private placements, refinancings, and business and employment agreements.
At St. John’s University School of Law, Alex was a member of the Hugh Carey Dispute Resolution Society, where he served as the Coordinator for Finances and Integrity. He served as a student attorney with the school’s Securities Arbitration Clinic, where he represented clients in securities claims against FINRA registered broker-dealers. Additionally, Alex was an intern for Magistrate Judge Lee G. Dunst of the Eastern District of New York.
Alex graduated from Binghamton University with a degree in Economics.
