Julia Astralla is a member of CMM’s Corporate department, focusing on negotiating a wide range of business and employment agreements, mergers and acquisitions, a variety of corporate transactions, and commercial real estate matters. She provides clients with strategic guidance so they can make informed decisions.
Since starting her career, she has gained diverse experience in areas such as business law, most notably micro-capital company restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, tax law and compliance, real estate and corporate transactions, and litigation matters.
Before joining CMM, Julia served as In-House Counsel at Legal 1031 Exchange Services, LLC, where she supported the functions and operations of the company and served as a resource for the company’s clients and advisors.
Julia earned her J.D. from Touro Law School, where she was recognized with the CALI Excellence Award in Economics for Lawyers. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto, graduating with honors.
