Danielle Bradford works closely with CMM’s corporate and litigation teams to provide strategic support on a variety of matters, from drafting motions to transactional agreements. She works to handle matters efficiently and with close attention to detail.
While attending Brooklyn Law School, Danielle was a Notes and Comments Editor on the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial, and Commercial Law. She was also a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society and was the Vice President of the Brooklyn Law Chapter of Evarts Inn.
Danielle graduated from Binghamton University with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy Politics and Law, and History.
Danielle enjoys going to Broadway shows, reading, and swimming.
