Last night, CMM hosted the Greater NY Paralegal Association’s first Paralegal Symposium. CMM Managing Paralegal Nancy Conte spearheaded this event in her role as GNYPA’s new Director of Legal Education. The room was packed as attendees learned from professionals of the industry about the phases of litigation, legal filing, and even resume advice. Last night, CMM hosted the Greater NY Paralegal Association’s first Paralegal Symposium. Meet Brendan Mahon, one of our summer associates! The East Northport resident just finished his second year at Hofstra Law School, where he serves on Law Review. “I decided to go to law school because I wanted to be able to stick up for those that cannot stick up for themselves,” says Brendan. If he hadn’t gone to law school, he would have pursued a career as a police officer. When he’s not hard at work at CMM, he enjoys bringing his puggle down to the Sand City Brewing Co. and binging his favorite “legal” show, Better Call Saul. Welcome to CMM, Brendan! ...
