This transaction saw our client, an experienced New York scaffolding and hoisting contractor, acquire a company that handles milestone construction projects throughout New York City. The deal also included a total restructuring and retirement of the seller’s existing debts. 

Our client will be taking over the seller’s ongoing projects and expanding its service offerings with the acquisition of new hoists and other assets.
