Stephen Simeone is a corporate attorney, advising businesses and their executives on a broad range of transactional and general corporate matters.
His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, business formations, and the drafting and review of organizational documents, including bylaws, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements. Stephen also works with clients in commercial real estate leasing, contract drafting and negotiation, and other day-to-day corporate matters.
Stephen takes a practical, business-focused approach to help clients navigate transactions and make informed decisions at every stage of their business. His work reflects CMM’s commitment to providing strategic legal guidance designed around each client’s objectives.
Prior to joining CMM, Stephen focused on mergers and acquisitions, SEC matters and other corporate legal matters at a private Long Island law firm
Stephen earned his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. He received his B.S. in Legal Studies, with a minor in Business Administration, from St. John’s University, graduating summa cum laude.
