Jennifer Albrecht oversees all IT initiatives at CMM. She works closely with the firm’s managed service provider to oversee day-to-day technology operations, while also spearheading user training for attorneys and staff, evaluating and implementing software solutions, and managing system upgrades.

Jen collaborates regularly with attorneys and department heads to identify and deploy technology solutions that support the firm’s operational and business goals, ensuring that technology is a driver of efficiency, security, and long-term success.

Jen earned her associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Briarcliffe College. She brings a unique combination of legal knowledge and IT expertise to her role, allowing her to take a practical, solutions-focused approach to every challenge. Jen has been with CMM for nearly 20 years.
