Vice President

As Vice President, Lauren Kanter-Lawrence, Esq. is responsible for the firm’s recruitment, training, and communications efforts, as well as the administration of the firm’s human resources programs.

A key aspect of her role involves creating and implementing programs that support the development and retention of the firm’s professionals. Lauren spearheads all staffing and talent matters and works directly with the partners and firm leadership to understand and identify current talent capabilities and needs within those teams.

Drawing from her background as an attorney, Lauren also oversees CMM’s in-house continuing legal education program. She also manages the firm’s successful Summer Associate program, creating a deep pipeline of talent as the firm continues to grow.

Lauren joined the firm in 2008 as an Associate attorney and rose to Senior Associate, practicing in the areas of commercial litigation and corporate transactions.
