As Managing Director, Kristen Navas works directly with the Managing Partner and Leadership Committee to set the firm’s strategic goals and implement plans to accomplish them. She is also responsible for the firm’s operations, including overseeing our hiring, IT, accounting, and human resources departments. Kristen also manages the growth of the firm’s footprint across Long Island by handling all details related to expansion of our office space and opening new locations.
With over 15 years of experience in the legal administrative field, Kristen has in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of a law firm and the expertise to create and implement procedures to ensure efficiency, quality service to clients, and a positive atmosphere for all employees. CMM continues to grow faster than any other Long Island law firm, and Kristen has played a critical role in that growth by staffing our offices, implementing our HR policies, facilitating a consistent employee training program, streamlining accounting and billing procedures, implementing cutting-edge technology, and developing new tools to enhance the workplace. She also chairs the firm’s Leadership Committee.
Kristen joined the firm as a litigation paralegal in 2010. Thanks to her superior multitasking and organizational skills, she quickly took on additional responsibilities, working her way up to Director of Operations and, in 2020, was named Managing Director. Kristen is an invaluable resource for clients and staff alike. Her level-headedness and vision have made CMM’s meteoric growth happen smoothly and seamlessly.
