Kimberly Lee works closely with the Trusts and Estates team, assisting with sophisticated estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families.

Kim joined CMM as a Summer Associate in 2022. At St. John’s University School of Law, she held the position of Executive Publications Editor on the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review Journal. Kim’s published work includes “Private Student Loans May Be Dischargeable in Bankruptcy Without Meeting the Undue Hardship Requirement and If Not, There are Two Ways to Prove Undue Hardship.”

Kim developed extensive legal experience while in law school, interning at Queens Housing Court with Judge John Lansden as well as externing at a commercial litigation law firm. Prior to attending law school, Kim worked at a personal injury and malpractice firm.
