Based in our Bridgehampton office, Hayley Gregor represents clients in a variety of litigation matters involving contractual disputes, business torts, fraud, malpractice, real estate investment, commercial lease disputes, and discrimination. She has significant experience in preparing complex business, commercial, and intellectual property matters for trial. Representative matters include trial preparation and strategy for a federal lawsuit involving a high net worth estate alleging RICO and civil tort claims, as well as extensive motion practice and trial work before the Delaware Chancery Court involving complex medical device technology.
Hayley’s practice also includes the representation of corporations in various administrative proceedings in connection with claims of employment discrimination. She has represented clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Department of Labor, and other state agencies across the country.
Early in her legal career, Hayley interned with the Hon. Emily Pines (New York State Supreme Court, Suffolk County, Commercial Division), the Southampton Town Attorney’s Office, and the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of New York, Civil Division.
