Having started his career as in-house counsel in the construction industry, Adam Eisen understands the needs and concerns of corporate legal teams and works to deliver superior legal services in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
Adam is a member of our Corporate department, where he handles a variety of corporate transactions and drafts agreements including SaaS (Software as a Service) agreements, merchandise license agreements, and commercial leases. Drawing on his strong construction background, Adam also works with our Construction team on service and master trade agreements as well as matters involving owners, developers, design professionals, and contractors.
Prior to joining CMM, Adam worked in-house for two construction companies, developing deep experience in transactional, litigation, and general corporate matters. In those roles, he honed his drafting and negotiation skills handling complex construction transactions through all phases of construction for large-scale real estate development projects, including labor, design professional, site safety, special inspections, equipment, consulting, vendor and license agreements.
Adam also has experience representing clients at administrative law hearings for violations issued by New York City agencies including the Department of Buildings, Department of Transportation, and the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
