Kristen Navas is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm including managing the workflow of the attorneys and their support staff, hiring and training new employees, managing the finance, IT, accounting, and human resources departments, and overseeing all administrative tasks that contribute to the firm’s efficiency and growth.
With almost 15 years of experience working in the legal administrative field, Kristen has an in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of a law firm and the expertise to create and implement procedures to ensure quality service to clients and a positive atmosphere for all employees.
At CMM, Kristen has been directly responsible for the implementation of the firm’s HR policies, facilitating a consistent employee training program, streamlining accounting and billing procedures, implementing all new software initiatives, opening the firm’s second location in Bridgehampton, and expanding the firm’s Ronkonkoma headquarters.
