Campolo, Middleton & McCormick, LLP, a premier law firm, is pleased to announce that Joseph C. Vozza has joined the firm as Counsel. Vozza, an East Northport resident, brings a wealth of hands-on legal experience in the areas of real estate, criminal defense, and commercial litigation honed over a decade managing his own firm, Joseph C. Vozza Attorney At Law, P.C., in Melville.
A major focus of Vozza’s practice is commercial and residential real estate, in which he represents national institutional clients, private clients, and investors in matters spanning lending, acquisitions, sales, and leasing on Long Island and the New York metropolitan area. He also works with lenders in connection with loan workouts and assists clients in the formation and business planning of real estate investment entities.
Vozza is also an experienced litigator, handling a wide variety of matters including criminal defense, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant proceedings, mortgage foreclosure, and commercial litigation. His background as a Special Prosecutor for the Incorporated Village of Hempstead and a hearing officer for the MTA’s Transit Adjudication Bureau shapes his approach when defending clients in criminal matters and gives him unique insight when questioning police officers and other witnesses, negotiating plea agreements, and analyzing evidence presented at trial. Vozza is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts – Amherst and Brooklyn Law School.
“Joe’s skill and focus on client service make him an excellent fit for CMM,” said Joe Campolo, managing partner of the firm. “Our real estate and litigation clients will benefit from his dedication and skill, and we’re very excited that he’s joined us.”
