Gregg Schor leads the firm's international initiatives as Chairman of CMM International, a national and international network of trusted practitioners to call upon when a client need arises in another jurisdiction.

Gregg has over 20 years of experience as both an in-house executive and outside advisor handling corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, legal, human resources, and international operations for organizations of all sizes and industries including technology, retail, healthcare, and construction. Gregg has built and maintained relationships with professional service providers across the globe that stand ready to assist CMM clients when the need arises.

In addition to his role with CMM International, Gregg serves as CEO of Protegrity Advisors, a leading M&A advisory and business valuation firm.

Gregg maintains a strong interest in international affairs and human rights. A member of the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs, Gregg studied International and Comparative Law in Russia and Poland.
