Campolo, Middleton & McCormick, LLP, a premier law firm, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to assist our Corporate Department at our Ronkonkoma headquarters.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Draft letters, emails, and documents
- Coordinate closings and meetings and maintain calendar
- Save documents to document management system
- Keep track of target dates and deadlines
- Maintain files and checklists
- Format, redline, collate, organize, and make corrections to documents/files
- Organize and maintain corporate records
- Communicate with clients and adversaries
- Prepare and file various corporate and legal documents and prepare exhibits
Qualifications
- Organization is key to this role
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills required as well as proficiency with workplace software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro
- At least 1-2 years of office experience preferred
