In a reflection of strength and growth even during a year of unprecedented challenges, Campolo, Middleton & McCormick, LLP, a premier law firm with offices across Long Island, is delighted to welcome Yale Pollack, Esq., as a Partner. He will lead the firm’s expanded Labor and Employment practice group, a go-to resource for employers and employees alike seeking effective, solution-focused guidance on all aspects of employment law. The firm he founded, Law Offices of Yale Pollack, P.C., merged into CMM effective January 1, 2021.
Pollack has over 15 years of experience counseling both employers and employees on a wide range of employment-related matters, giving him a valuable multidimensional perspective that he brings to CMM. His work includes representing employees and defending employers in administrative disputes before the U.S. Department of Labor, the N.Y.S. Department of Labor, the EEOC, and other agencies. He also represents employees and employers in all types of litigation in state and federal court including workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, breach of contract, wage and hour, restrictive covenants, and more. His practice also includes drafting and negotiating employment-related agreements.
Prior to starting his firm, Pollack worked for a prominent Long Island firm and then a national law firm, developing both a passion for litigation and extensive experience in civil disputes. He is a graduate of Colgate University and Touro Law Center.
“We’re happy to welcome Yale to CMM,” said CMM Managing Partner Joe Campolo. “His incredible depth of experience will be a major asset to our growing Labor & Employment practice, ensuring that CMM can provide critical workplace guidance to clients as they continue to navigate their way through the pandemic and beyond.”
“I’m thrilled to join CMM,” Pollack said. “Becoming part of a firm with the resources to grow my practice, better serve clients, and collaborate with colleagues is an incredible opportunity.”
