As Director of Client Relations, Diana Santariello is an advocate for our clients’ success, ensuring that they receive proper service and support. By understanding what matters most to clients, she also enables our team to effectively meet their needs. Santariello began her career over 25 years ago working for large corporations such as Audiovox Cellular, Lumex, and Controlotron (Siemens), where she held customer service and inside sales positions. For the past 15 years, she has immersed herself in the technology industry where she led growth initiatives for some of the top-rated technology solutions providers in the nation. A natural relationship-builder, Santariello has held many leadership and board positions, earning special recognition for her work with the LGBT Network. She has also been recognized with the prestigious “Top 50 Women in Business” award.

Elizabeth Savasta manages and facilitates the firm’s daily administrative operations as Firm Administrator. Her role includes overseeing firm processes and operations; liaising with attorneys, department heads, clients, and vendors; and managing legal and administrative support staff. With over 16 years of experience in the legal field, Savasta has in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of a law firm and the expertise to create and implement procedures to ensure efficiency, quality service to clients, and a positive atmosphere for employees. She began her career as a paralegal focusing on complex litigation, eventually taking on supervisory roles where she focused on increasing efficiency, improving paralegal profitability, and managing professional development initiatives.
