Campolo, Middleton & McCormick, LLP, a premier law firm with offices in Westbury, Ronkonkoma, and Bridgehampton, is pleased to welcome Kyle Broderick, Esq., to the firm as an Associate. He first joined the firm as a Law Clerk after graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law and is now admitted to practice in New York State. He is based in the firm’s Ronkonkoma headquarters.

A member of the firm’s Corporate department, Broderick focuses on mergers and acquisitions as well as complex business divorce matters. He also has experience in the heavily regulated area of private capital raising, working with clients to obtain millions of dollars in private financing, as well as the sale of common and preferred stock and LLC membership interests.

The Port Jefferson resident received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University. Broderick is also a member of the Pro Bono Partnership, where he volunteers his time by providing pro bono legal services to nonprofit organizations across the New York metropolitan area. This work has spanned entity formation and dissolution, drafting of bylaws and organizational documents, and creating privacy policies and terms of use for the websites of many charitable organizations.
