In a reflection of the firm’s growth, Campolo, Middleton & McCormick, LLP, a premier law firm with offices across Long Island, is pleased to welcome Katherine Cutrone as an Associate in the Litigation department. In particular, CMM’s Labor & Employment practice has grown exponentially as employers and employees alike navigate the challenges brought about by the pandemic.  Cutrone focuses on these employment matters, as well as sophisticated commercial litigation.

Prior to joining CMM, Cutrone worked for a Long Island insurance litigation and defense firm. Before that, she went to law school at night while working full-time for a prominent nationwide insurance company handling homeowner and motor vehicle litigation claims. In addition to her nearly 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, Cutrone also worked as a server in restaurants throughout college as well as on weekends while working full-time. She is a graduate of Binghamton University and Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, magna cum laude.

“Now more than ever, clients need trusted guidance when it comes to employment issues,” said CMM Partner Yale Pollack, head of CMM’s Labor & Employment practice group. “In addition to being a terrific lawyer and advocate, Katie’s strong customer service background has shaped her approach to the law, giving her the ability to provide critical guidance and empathy for each client’s unique needs. She’s already proven to be a tremendous asset to the firm and our clients.”
