Campolo, Middleton & McCormick, LLP continues to grow, welcoming Adam Eisen, Esq., as an Associate based in the firm’s Westbury office. Eisen’s strong background in the business side of the construction industry is an asset to our Corporate and Construction teams, which have expanded in size, scope, and sophistication as CMM expands its footprint across Long Island.
Eisen handles a variety of corporate transactions and drafts agreements including SaaS (Software as a Service) agreements, merchandise license agreements, and commercial leases. Drawing on his experience in the construction industry, Eisen also works with our Construction team on service and master trade agreements as well as matters involving owners, developers, design professionals, and contractors.
Prior to joining CMM, Eisen worked in-house for two construction companies, developing deep experience in transactional, litigation, and general corporate matters. In those roles, he honed his drafting and negotiation skills handling complex transactions through all phases of construction for large-scale real estate development projects, including labor, design professional, site safety, special inspections, equipment, consulting, vendor and license agreements. Eisen also has experience representing clients at administrative law hearings for various city and state agencies.
“Adam understands how corporate legal teams think, enabling him to develop creative and efficient solutions to our clients’ challenges,” said CMM Partner Arthur Yermash, who heads the Westbury office. “He’s a welcome addition to CMM and particularly to our Westbury team.”
A resident of Kew Gardens, Queens, Eisen received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he was a member of the Touro Law Review.
