Campolo, Middleton & McCormick, LLP is proud to share that Kyle Broderick has been recognized as a Public Interest Attorney of the Year at a ceremony held at Touro Law Center. The UVA Law School grad was nominated by Senior Partner Christine Malafi in recognition of the pro bono work Kyle has provided to nonprofits through the Pro Bono Partnership.

Kyle Broderick is a member of the firm’s Corporate department, where he focuses on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, complex business divorce matters, and the formation of professional entities in various jurisdictions. Kyle volunteers his time by providing pro bono legal services to nonprofit organizations across the New York metropolitan area. This work has spanned entity formation and dissolution, drafting of bylaws and organizational documents, and creating privacy policies and terms of use for the websites of many charitable organizations. A nonprofit client Kyle worked with sent us a letter praising Kyle’s work, saying: “As a nonprofit organization, we are often confronted by the reality that our fiscal resources pose limitations. Thankfully, through our pro bono partnership with CMM, this is no longer a concern for us.” CMM is proud to support charities through pro bono work, community service, and donations.
