Campolo, Middleton & McCormick, LLP, a premier law firm with offices in Ronkonkoma and Bridgehampton, is pleased to announce that Yong Hyun “Justin” Ryu, an attorney with hands-on experience in the financial sector, has joined the firm as an Associate in the Corporate department.

Ryu focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate formations. He also has experience with contract drafting, including corporate governance documents and leases. Ryu’s extensive knowledge of economics and finance informs his point of view as a transactional attorney.

Ryu has lived in six countries and has fluency in Korean and proficiency in Mandarin. Outside of practicing law, Ryu is dedicated to the Korean martial art of Taekwondo and is the former New Zealand National Taekwondo champion.

The Forest Hills, Queens resident graduated from the University of Auckland, New Zealand where he obtained Honors in Economics and the Senior Prize in Statistics. Ryu attended New York University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York State. Prior to joining CMM, Ryu worked as an equity research analyst at Goldman Sachs and a litigator at a foreclosure firm.
